Construction
Corner extrusions—custom interlocking design provides the strongest corner in the industry—made from 6060T6 aluminum with a combined thickness of 5/16”. Plug welded, bolted, and fused for 100% corner attachment.

Side and roof sheets made from single piece aluminum 5053H34 x .125” thick.

Interior Cabinets
Available in furniture-grade birch construction with high-pressure laminates as well as optional aluminum with automotive painted finish inside and out.

All upper cabinets are constructed with 45 degree angles to open up the working area and prevent head impacts.

All cabinets and solid surface counter edges have radiused edges to reduce injury in the impact of impact.

Electrical Systems
Conventional hardwired system is our standard, backed with a LIFETIME warranty.
V-MUX is offered as an optional multiplex system with a 10-year warranty on all nodes. Lifetime warranty on all PL wiring harnesses.

Design
Proactive ambulance interiors are designed for “full time” safety for the patient and the attendants. The Medic in Mind “MIM” layout supports easy access to everyday equipment from a seated position on either side of the vehicle. Keeping necessary patient care equipment and function switches within arm’s reach allows the attendant to remain seated. Interior is designed to work with the individual departments and incorporate their protocol into the layout.

The benches on both sides of the vehicle allow the attendant to safely move to the patient. Bags, kits, monitors, IV supplies and more are easily accessed to support the majority of patient care actions.

We now offer an optional 75” interior headroom for those who want a taller stand-up interior.
